Based on a person-centred approach, The Warren’s counselling service works within the empowering philosophy of The Warren to facilitate and support provision of a Community Based Counselling Service for Young People. This role is a one-year contract specifically dedicated to supporting patients (children and young people) aged 10-18 registered with a Hull GP accessing the Tier 3 Weight Management Service (Weightwise) and referred into the Warren Counselling Service via CHCP.
You will be part of a very skilled and supportive team working in a dynamic and creative organisation.
15 hrs. p.w. Salary £9,190
