Working for Child Dynamix, the requirements for the above post:
•Must be qualified to a minimum of level 4 in early years/childcare
•Must have three years’ experience in an early years/childcare setting
•Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role
•Experience of leading & supporting teams
•Knowledge and experience of observing, assessing and planning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
